ELiTE Series Aluminium Die-cast Body Motors offer Crompton’s premium engineering in a lighter, corrosion-resistant aluminium frame — ideal for applications requiring portable machinery, marine-grade resistance, or weight-sensitive installations. The high-pressure die-cast aluminium construction delivers superior thermal conductivity (cooler running motors), excellent surface finish, and natural corrosion resistance.

Bombay Engineering Syndicate supplies ELiTE motors across IEC frames 63 through 160L with power ratings from 0.18 kW (0.25 HP) through 18.5 kW (25 HP). These motors are ideal for HVAC systems, packaging machinery, food and beverage equipment, marine applications, water treatment plants, and clean-room environments where the aluminium body provides hygiene and aesthetic advantages over cast iron.

Construction features include die-cast aluminium frame and end-shields, integral cooling fins, sealed ball bearings, Class F insulation, IP55 protection, and integrally die-cast rotor cage for vibration-free operation. Available in 2/4/6 pole configurations, B3/B5/B14 mounting, and conforms to IE2/IE3 efficiency standards per IEC 60034-30.
